The modular Thermo Capillary Electrophoresis[TM] Crystal CE System joins the Thermo/ATI Unicam Crystal 1000 CE Conductivity Detector with the Thermo 310 Autosampler and HVPS high voltage power supply to provide separations for analyses based on differences in molecular size, shape and charge, as well as entangled polymer solutions and selected stationary phases used in chromatography.

• Dynamic Compression Injection (DCI) generates and applies a range of positive and negative pressures with controlled ramping that lead to reliable and reproducible results; allows control, programming and application of positive and negative injection pressures without the use of external sources and valve even during electromigration of analytes
• Electrokinetic injection controls ramping in either voltage or current mode in the automated injection system
• Maintains application environment, eliminating variation in pressure and voltage during the injection process; controls capillary temperature by recycling airflow that is thermostatically regulated by Peltier elements, thus eliminating outside temperature fluctuations
• High Pressure for CEC and CGE eliminates the need for an external pressure source
• Carrousel provides accommodation for 30-48 sample/buffer vials and Peltier control of temperature to protect samples from evaporation and degeneration
